The Veil: Dreams

SYNPOSIS:

Sasha has dreamed about perfect sculpted, sexy Donovan since she was a little kid. He was the perfect man; the man of her dreams. But when her best friend dies and appears in her dream, her life gets turned upside down when she learns that she is not only, not human, she is not dreaming either. She is actually dream walking and a rare breed that has never been heard of, except for in myths; half Elven and half Sorceress.
Learning these things and even more, she must now go on a journey back to her home land and fight beings that she was being protected from all her life. But now that she is turning twenty, she is coming into her powers and can no longer be concealed from their world.

Excerpt #1
My brother and I have not talked since he moved to the states, but that is okay. I have found her; or rather she found me. Who would have known that she was the one who was randomly showing up in my home? But one thing that my brother and I didn't see coming, was that she knew up both. She "dreamed" of me and was best friends with Connor.

She is getting harder and harder to protect, and my brother's stupid mistake cost us so much time. Time that was needed. Time to prepare her properly. Now she is going hunter even faster than before, and now it is more important than ever to keep her safe.

Excerpt #2:
By now, the wind is so strong that my hair has come undone and is flying wildly around my face. I am beyond pissed at him. It is as if I have tunnel vision and all I want is to see him screaming for mercy. That's when it happens. A bolt of lightening shoots out of the sky and just misses Donovan. It strikes just inches in front of him. He looks shocked and quickly backs away. Aiden looks scared and starts screaming my name, but I can't hear him. All I see is Donovan and my anger towords him.
